I ordered from mmcseafood.com the product info was accurate, which I appreciate. The seafood I got matched what was shown and described on the site, and that’s not always the case with online orders.
The size looked right, the type was what I picked, and the packaging was just like they said too. Also, nothing felt off when it arrived, no weird surprise substitution or anything like that, which was a relief.
I’ve ordered seafood online before where the photos make it look way better than what shows up, so I was kind of watching for that. But this was straightforward and accurate. I’d order again.

The seafood itself was fine, like not amazing but okay enough. The bigger problem was the refund taking way too long, and then the replacement thing got kind of confusing for me. I had to message support a few times, which was annoying and felt like more work than it should be. So yeah, food was alright, but the whole service part left me irritated.

I was just hoping the seafood would show up still cold, and it did even better than I expected. The ice packs were barely melted, and everything felt properly chilled when I opened the box. That’s really the main thing I cared about, so I’m happy with it. Good job.

I’ve been trying to be a little more thoughtful about where I buy seafood from, mostly because I eat it often enough that I feel like I should at least make better choices when I can. MMC made that easier for me. I liked that they actually talk about sourcing and sustainability instead of just pushing the cheapest fish possible. The site was simple enough to use, not super fancy or anything, but I’m fine with that if the company seems like they care about what they’re selling

They tasted really fresh overall, but one pack was a little icy when I opened it. Wasnt a big deal, just something I noticed.

I know it probably sounds like the kind of thing people brush off, but my order actually had everything I picked. No missing items, no mix ups, nothing to chase down afterward. It was just nice for it to show up right for once. 5 stars from me.

The cooking directions helped a little, but the timing felt off. I ended up waiting around longer than expected and kept checking to see if it was actually done, which was frustrating.

I ordered from mmcseafood.com the seafood was easy to deal with after work. You just thaw it, cook it up quickly, and dinner feels way less annoying to put together. I didn’t have to do much extra, which was nice. Giving it 4 stars because the packaging could be a little clearer, but overall it made dinner easier.

This had a really fresh flavor and sorta didn’t need much else. I just added a little lemon, and it tasted great.

I had a quick question about my order and customer service got back to me faster than I expected. The person I talked to was polite and explained what was going on without making it feel like a hassle. It did take one extra message to fully sort everything out, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I was happy with the help

I've ordered from them twice now, and both times the deliveries showed up on the exact day they said they would. The packaging wasn't bad at all either, no complaints there. Only thing is, I wish the tracking didn't update so slow sometimes, but other than that, I haven't had no real issues.

The food was fine flavor-wise, nothing bad, but the portion size really didn’t feel worth the price. I was expecting more seafood in the order, and it just came off a bit skimpy. I finished it still feeling hungry, so I can’t say I’m in a rush to order from here again

I ordered a mixed box and a few fillets, i was happy with it. The prices seemed fair compared to my local shop, and the portions were actually better than I expected. Delivery was a bit later than the text said, but it’s not like it arrived warm or badly packed — everything was still cold and in good condition. It’s not the cheapest option out there, sure, but for the quality, I’d order again.

Pausing my subscription was way more annoying than it needed to be. My plans changed, and these guys made it feel like I was asking for the moon just to hit pause. Not flexible enough for me.
